Offering 3,000 square feet of flexible space, Forth provides a large main loft area with kitchen, private conversation room, two intimate breakout rooms, and a lounge/meeting space that can be partitioned to suit your needs.

Weekdays: $250/hr
Weekends: $350/hr

Six hour minimum rental

Capacity: 40 task seating, 80 lecture seating, 150 standing
Special rates for 501(c)(3) organizations available
